Built by Entrepreneurs, for Entrepreneurs

We started BizLifeOS because we were tired of juggling 10 different apps to run one business. So we built the one platform that does it all.

From Frustration to Innovation

BizLifeOS was born out of a real problem. As a construction business owner, Jacob Fischer spent more time switching between QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Slack, Trello, and spreadsheets than actually building his business.

He realized that business owners — whether running a construction crew, a design studio, or a side hustle — all face the same challenge: too many tools, not enough time.

So he built BizLifeOS — a single operating system that combines task management, accounting, client CRM, calendar, notes, and AI-powered insights into one cohesive platform. No more tab juggling. No more data silos. Just one dashboard to run your entire life.

What We Believe

Simplicity

Software should make life easier, not harder. Every feature we ship must be intuitive enough to use without a tutorial.

Security

Your business data is sacred. We use bank-level encryption, SOC 2 compliance, and never sell your data. Period.

Integration

One platform that connects everything. No more copying data between apps or paying for 5 subscriptions to run one business.

Transparency

No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no dark patterns. We publish our pricing, our changelog, and our roadmap openly.
